The past few months have been jam packed with working and getting prepared to purchase my home.  It is amazing how things work out.  I really since that this is a gift from God.  A little more than a month ago I went into a contract to purchase the house that I have been living in.  I love this place.  It is a town home that was built in 1907 that has been converted into a duplex or flat.  I live in the bottom floor and a tenet occupies the top floor.  It has been a nice place to call home since moving to Houston.
   I did not want to get my hopes up, so I  decided to leave it to the divine powers to allow this deal to align.  I wanted to know that this was confirmed by God so that I would be making a choice that allows me to fulfill my mission here in Houston.  I honestly did not think that this deal would go through.  The salary that I make is very limited when it comes to purchasing a home it one of the most expensive parts of Houston, but it all seems to be better than expected.  In less than three hours I will be closing on this home.  It seems truly too good to be true.  I will also have nearly 5,000 dollars to remodel and make a few updates that I want to improve my living space.  This is going to be a very important day in my life.  I plan to celebrate the life of Homeownership.
